Healthy Solutions provides Recreation Therapy and Life Enrichment Consultation Services across California, including team-building and educational seminars. With over 20 years of experience, the organization has grown from a solo practice into a team of professionals with diverse expertise.

In addition to consultation services, Healthy Solutions offers engaging team-building opportunities such as Laughter Yoga seminars and other customized workshops designed to educate, uplift, and connect teams.
