CHAIR CHI INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

Pat Griffith, Founder of Chair Chi will be offering his class live on the zoom platform this Summer.
CEUs: 7 Hours (0.7 CEUs) – NCTRC, CBRTC, NCCAP, APNCC Approved. Note this Session is approved for Activity Professional CEU’s.

Chair Chi is a seated, accessible movement program based on Tai Chi, designed for all abilities and clinical populations. Includes certification, manual, instructional video, and CEU documentation.

LAUGHTER YOGA CERTIFICATION – to date our most POPULAR class yet!

Online Class- NCTRC & CBTRC approved for 16 hours CEU’s.

No experience needed—no yoga poses required.

Laughter Yoga combines playful laughter exercises with deep yogic breathing techniques. This experiential 16-hour certification introduces the history, science, benefits, and practical facilitation skills needed to lead Laughter Yoga in wellness, healthcare, community, corporate, and clinical settings.

You will learn how to:
• Structure and lead Laughter Yoga sessions
• Adapt activities for diverse populations
• Apply mind-body and therapeutic recreation principles
• Use laughter as a wellness intervention
