Happy New Year Friend!

I thought it would be important to share what I think will make the BIGGEST IMPACT on this next New Year.

You wanna know what that is?

It’s CONSISTENCY.

That’s it. Being consistent, showing up on a regular basis is THEE MOST Important thing you and I can do for ourselves.

It doesn’t matter if you’re wanting to improve your Health this next year, create something beautiful (a Program, a painting, a book) or if you want to have better relationships. No matter what your goal or goals are for this New Year, the one thing that will MOVE THE NEEDLE is Consistency.

Consistency Breeds Confidence. The more you show up and do the Hard and Often Boring things that over time make a difference, the more it builds that Confidence muscle.

Here are some ways that we can become more consistent in our lives:

  1. Know it and Own it. Remind yourself about the byproduct of Consistency- Confidence. Showing up for yourself, your work, and others will not only make you Happier, it will make you more Confident, more Powerful. Keep this top of mind.
  2. Give it what you got. No one is at 100 percent every day, all day. Being consistent means showing up PERIOD. If you feel more energetic or inspired on a given day, double down. If you’re in a slump or your energy is off, do one small Action that keeps you Consistent.
  3. Remind yourself that this is a Long Game. In a world of bit sized information and the illusion of fast-paced wins and successes (not Reality), this is a Win over Time. Not only is a Goal met at the end of consistency over time, it’s the day to day wins in your self-esteem that fuel your way forward in life.

With this in mind, let’s think about what we want out of this New Year.

Let’s go into this New Year with Intention and Hope.
